The app is free, and is available for Android and iOS devices.
The first time you download the app, it will show you how much time has elapsed since you last logged in.
The next time you log in, it’ll show you the total number of hours logged in and the total amount of time that you have logged in, as well as the time remaining.
You can then add or delete activities that you’ve logged in as part of your workouts.
The number of total minutes, total exercise hours, total calories, and total steps logged are all stored in the app.
The total exercise logbook is saved and can be accessed through the My Fitness Tracker option within the app if you’re interested in tracking your fitness.
The most common activity tracked on the app is walking, and this includes steps, calories, steps, miles, and miles walked.
The amount of activity that you complete in a given day can be viewed through the activity tracking section.
