Off the Shoulder Top

Hello there! Today I am sharing this J.Crew Off the Shoulder Top – perfect for spring/summer. I am so happy to see that the off the shoulder trend is still in full swing this year- I don’t want it to ever go away! Nautical stripes are my favorite, especially when it comes to planning for our annual trip to Nantucket…this cute little number will definitely be packed!

White jeans are a basic when spring comes around (even if snow is still on the ground!). This pair is pretty affordable, and oh so comfy! I chose to wear my lace up flats for this look, but I will definitely be pairing wedges for summer date nights!

I hope you all are having an amazing week! It’s been a crazy packed month, but I am certain to be updating my blog more now that Sparkle Studio preparation is slowing down. I miss you all so much!

How to Style a Spring Scarf

COAT: Nordstrom (last season, similar here) // TOP: J.Crew // JEANS: AG // HEELS: Sam Edelman // HANDBAG: Zac Posen // SCARF: H&M

One of my favorite accessories to date has always been a scarf. No matter the season, I feel like a scarf can add a subtle amount of detail to any outfit. In college, I was known as the scarf girl…but really ha! I probably had over 20 different scarves at a time, and would wear one like everyday. Borderline obsession, I know. These days, you won’t see me wearing a scarf everyday, but I still have quite a few in my closet!

Today I am teaming up with my One Nation Under Chic girls, to show you how to style this spring scarf nine different ways! We all have unique styles, and with spring being such a versatile season, seeing how we styled the scarf in our own way gives you so much inspiration on how to get the most out of an accessory that is under $20! Plus, we are giving one scarf away, head to my Instagram at 3pm EST time to see how to enter!

I chose to style this scarf as a bow. The multiple colors in the scarf compliment each other so well, that I kept the rest of my outfit pretty neutral. I love the way the bow sits just above my t-shirt line, and pairs perfectly with the style of my trench coat. The trench I am wearing is from last season, but linking a similar one here.

This look is perfect for the spring weather upon us, and I cannot wait to wear it again during a weekend with my girlfriends coming up! How is everyone’s March so far? I am working endlessly to create Sparkle Studio product to be added to my shop & to sell at SoWa come May! We just added mugs to the shop last night, check them out here!

Valentine’s Day Outfit

SWEATER: J.Crew (sold out, similar here and here) // SKIRT: Express // BOOTS: Sam Edelman (similar here) // HANDBAG: Kate Spade // LIPSTICK: Chanel “Mademoiselle”

Hello hello there! I hope everyone has had a great week! Mine has been filled with to-do lists, but I am thankful to be chipping away at them!

Today I am sharing a some-what casual Valentine’s Day outfit. I love the pleats in this skirt, I feel that they bring out the burgundy color even more so, and add a fancy/frill accent to the outfit! Since the skirt is so fun, I paired a more neutral sweater with it. I picked up this turtleneck sweater before Christmas, so sadly it has since sold out, but I linked similar ones here and here. The turtleneck leaves a cozy element, so perfect for the snowy Valentine’s Day we tend to get each year in Boston!

Come February, my accessories are tried and true, so I whipped out my current favorites. These over-the-knee boots will always be a go-to, and I love the way they pair with skirts! They come up about my knee enough to make the look more causal yet elegant at the same time…if that makes sense haha. I’ve had this Kate Spade handbag for a while, and so glad to see that similar styles are still available!

What is everyone’s plan for Valentine’s Day? Najib and I like to keep it low-key, and may just head to a local restaurant around town or stay in and cook a meal together- yes he helps to cook sometimes! 😉

I hope you all have a fabulous Thursday!

Winter in Red

TOP: Nordstrom // SKIRT: Nordstrom // COAT: J.Crew (similar here too!)// BOOTS: Dolce Vita // HAT: Nordstrom // HANDBAG: Kate Spade // LIPSTICK: Bobbi Brown

Hello there! Happy Monday!

This weekend went by way too quickly! I had so much on my to-do list, but luckily I got a lot of it accomplished! I worked on some upcoming projects and my family and I decorated our tree last night as my mom and I watched Hallmark’s Christmas movie (the boys had no choice but to watch!). This season is always a hectic one for me (and everyone else), but even moreso this year with rujnning two businesses and working full-time! I defintiely have a lot on my plate, but need to find the time to slow down and enjoy this seaosn with my loved ones, for that is what the season is all about!

I wore this outfit on Thanksgiving! I actually wore something similar last year, I just can’t get over how much I love this skirt. This year,  I paired it with a cute Ruffle Blouse and my favorite winter red coat.  I’m not a huge fan of mixing bold colors, but I couldn’t resist on this pairing! I actually never wore red until last year, but I can see myself this winter in red a lot!

I added my favorite Pom Pom hat of the season, and it was the perfect cozy outfit to spend the day with family…and eating!

PS, looking for a go-to holiday handbag? This Kate Spade handbag is so great! It matches so much, and is light but big enough to fit in all the holiday party necessities (lipstick, jewelry, and a cookie or two!).

I hope you all have a great Monday!

What to Wear Christmas Tree Shopping

COAT: J.Crew (similar style and color here) // TOP: Nordstrom JEANS: Shopbop // BOOTS: Dolce Vita (similar style) // SCARF: ASOS // HANDBAG: Kate Spade // HAT: Nordstrom

Happy December!!!

My favorite time of the year has arrived and I am so ready for the Christmas season! One of my favorite activities during this special season is Christmas Tree shopping.

Najib and I went to go pick up our Christmas Tree this past Sunday! We don’t currently live together, but we got one for his work and apartment. We have yet to decorate it, but plan to do so tomorrow or Friday night!

This J.Crew jacket has been my favorite winter coast since I purchased it last year. It’s so pretty and festive, perfect for all the holiday parties coming up! The style is also one of my favorites, and the coat keeps you so warm! I also love it in the tan/beige color. I linked a similar one here that is also super cute!

I kept my outfit pretty simple, with a white long sleeve and my favorite blue denim. I paired my favorite Pom Pom hat and Plaid Scarf to keep me warm! I can easily see myself wearing this outfit plenty of more times leading up to Christmas!

Do you all have any fun traditions planned for this season? My family and I see the Boston Pops every single year, and I am currently looking for tickets hoping they aren’t already sold out! My friends and I also will be exchanging Secret Santa gifts. I will be putting together a guide on some of my favorite Secret Santa gifts under $50 for you all soon!

I hope you all have a lovely Thursday!
